Application Process
– Pay $75.00 non-refundable application fee if your application is “selected” to move forward through the screening process (18+)
– Security deposit (equal to first month’s rent) due within 72 hours of approval

Eligibility Requirements
– Age: All applicants must be 18+ with government photo ID and SSN/ITIN
– Income: Must earn 3x monthly rent (combined incomes acceptable)
– Employment: At least one applicant with 12+ months continuous verifiable employment
– Rental History: Current landlord verification required
– Credit: Favorable credit report; no bankruptcy within last 12 months, no evictions within previous 3 years, must show positive credit reporting in the last 6 months, specifically
– Criminal: No felony drug convictions within 7 years; no violent crime convictions
– Vehicles: All resident vehicles must be listed on application
– Co-Signers: Must complete application, pay fee, and meet all requirements
